Baked Oatmeal
- 2 1/4 cups quick oats or 2 3/4 cups old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup raisins aor dried cranberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 2/3 Cups milk, fat free and organic
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil square baking dish. Combine all in dish. Bake 55-60 minutes.
