Gallon Hot Sauce

• 1 gallon tomatoes, chopped
• 3 cups onion, chopped
• Jalapeno peppers, chopped to taste
• 2 1/2 tbsp salt
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 3 tbsp oregano
• 1 1/2 cup tomato paste
• 1 tsp garlic powder

Mix together and enjoy.
